3338417 - Phase "CONFCHK_STACK" aborted with OS error during SUM upgrade

Symptom

When performing system update/upgrade with SUM tool, you can see following entries

For Linux:

Last error code set: OS version out of range

"The GLIBC version 2.22 - i.e. SLES 12 SP2 -is out of range (too low). Upgrade the operating system at least to GLIBC version 2.26 - i.e. SLES 15 SP1/2"

For Windows:

OS Checks failed!
2 ETQ000 ==================================================
1EETQ399 Operating System Check:
1EETQ399 The OS version 6.3.9600 is too low.
1EETQ399 => Use version 10.0.14393 or highersee
