SJOBREPO jobs should be scheduled because the jobs are in active, relevant status and the Technical Job Repository is also active.
After you have deactivated the job and activated the job again in SJOBREPO, the job is still "Released/Suspended" status.
Also, there is no error elsewhere for example in tcodes SM37, SM21, SLG1, SU53.
