3338522 - Connecting SAC as Data Source for Catalog fails due Error "The UUID couldn't be verified"

When creating a Catalog connection to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), error occurs:
The UUID couldn't be verified. You can find the UUID in the About dialog of the system you're trying to connect to.

Adding/connecting SAC as Data source for Data Catalog monitoring

SAC is in a different landscape (data center region)

Currently, there is no support for cross-landscape pairing in the catalog.
Therefore, only SAC tenants from same Data Center region (e.g. eu10, us10...) of SAP Datasphere tenant are permitted.

This is mentioned in SAP Help documentation:
"The app Catalog → Monitoring page allows you to connect the catalog to source systems in your landscape and monitor metadata extractions."
