3338599 - Direct report transfer when doing an internal hire of a manager in Manage Pending hires is currently not working properly - 1H 2023

After selecting various managers to transfer the direct reports (in the direct report transfer section) when saving the Internal hire manager candidate (doing a position change of a manager) that is coming from Onboarding to EC using the Manage Pending hires tool; If you go and check the job information of the direct reports, the direct report job info will show a little future update icon with the incorrect manager (it looks like it simply always picks upper manager) and it does not create an effective dated manager change entry in job info.
