3338606 - [1H 2023] User List different view and behavior in My Team card popup

• On Quick Actions, when you click on "My Team" card the user list not using the full vertical width of the My Team popup 
• First user on the left pane is not selected by default
• User details on the right pane do not load the first user by default. Select a user in order for the user's details to be shown on the right pane.

1. Proxy a Manager with many direct reports.
2. On Quick Actions, click My Team card.
3. Reported behavior is displayed with the user list not using the full vertical width of the My Team popup, leaving extra white vertical space at the bottom.
4. First user on the left pane is not selected by default and does not show the user's information on the right pane.

My Teams card will sometimes display incorrectly due to the screen resolution being detected as a tablet.

Our Engineering team has found the root cause of the issue and will be deploying a patch on June 9th to fix this.
