• [COE0019]Failed to retrieve result with given criteria

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

The country/region value selected on the job application does not exist in the standard picklist "country".

Please add the country/region value to the standard picklist "country":

1. Go to Picklist Center;
2. Search for the picklist id "country";
3. Verify if the country/region value exists;
4. Click '+' button to add a new value.

NOTE: The English US label must be maintained using the RCM Official Country/Region List.

If there are many job applications, you may want to run an adhoc report to check which values are selected on those applications.

1. Go to Reporting;
2. Create a Table report using Recruiting V2 domain;
   • Columns: Select 'Application' -> 'Candidate Country/Region'
   • Filters: Specify Application ID or Candidate ID or anything else that can locate the data
3. Preview the report.
4. The column will show the 2-char country/region code of the value.
