3338890 - SAP HANA ODBC ERROR "OpenSSL is not available: Unresolved symbol" in Redhat UBI OS

Symptom

Below error occur on Redhat UBI9 OS environment:

Error type: Odbc error. Odbc operation attempted: SQLDriverConnect. [08S01:-10709: on SQLHANDLE] [SAP AG][LIBODBCHDB SO][HDBODBC] Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed (RTE:[300002] OpenSSL is not available: Unresolved symbol

It seems the driver has dependency on library libssl.so.10 when using TLS/SSL, but the platform OS UBI9 only support OpenSSL 3.0.

In that special case, the ODBC Driver 2.11.14 was in use, which looks not supporting the OpenSSL 3.0.

Which driver version for SAP HANA ODBC and JDBC could support OpenSSL 3.0 and OpenSSL 1.x?
