3338981 - Candidate are not able to reply due to incorrect "reply to" address when single sender is enabled - Recruiting Management 2023 H1


When the environment has the single sender feature enabled, candidates receive all recruiting emails as expected. However, when a candidate attempts to reply to an email that requires a response, they encounter a situation where the "reply to" address is set as the address and name of the single sender, rather than the correct Reply To address configured in the system.
For instances using Message Center, the reply is not recorded in Message Center.
