3339059 - Performance Management Delete Form or Route Form Error: The Form Id does not exist

When trying to delete or route a performance form, receive an error:

The Form Id does not exist

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Admin Center > Delete Form
2. Enter Form ID > Search
3. Receive error

OR

1. Admin Center > Route Form
2. Search By: Form ID
3. Enter form ID > Search
4. Receive error

The current step owner doesn't exist

Resolve Check Tool Errors

• Follow the steps in 2824417 - Document Transfer and Quick Fix - Configuration Check Tool - Performance Management 

Purge the Performance Form

1. Admin Center > Data Retention Management
2. Create New Purge Request
   
   • Select a purge request type: Purge PM or SM Data
   • Which template do you want to purge: PM Review
   • Select a template
   • Upload a file with the document ID to be purged

Route forms in backend (contact implementation Partners)

As a third option in backend "route document" tool can be used to route these "faulty" forms.
The tool could see and possibly route the otherwise "The Form Id does not exist"  documents. Allowing to "rock" the forms which will populate the route step users.
As an example if the first step is a "C" step and only E was visible (form diagnosis tool or instance form audit) then rocking the form will populate the EM too if it is correctly maintained for the E user.
