3339065 - Automatic Goods Issue PPF is not being triggered

Symptom

You have set PPF Action for Automatic Goods Issue (/SCWM/PDO_01_POST_GI). The PPF should be triggered when picking status is changed for Outbound Delivery item, however this does not happen is some cases.
