3339108 - Substitute for column in SBWP has incorrect value

Symptom

User A is a substitute of User B. User A reserves the work item. Afterwards, User A decides to give the item back to the original owner by replacing it.

After the replace action, the column "Substitute for" in SBWP doesn't contain a value anymore.
