3339117 - How to customize the workflow approval/rejection popup window title?

Symptom

When approving/rejecting a work item from transaction SBWP, there is a popup  - "Justify your decision" - where approval/rejection comments can be entered.

It is required to change the title, which by default is either:

  • Reason for alternative: APPROVE
    OR
  • Reason for alternative: REJECT
