3339233 - SAP CPQ Quotation tab error

Symptom

Blank Quotation tab in when navigating through tabs in Quote. 

Environment

SAP CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open Quote
  2. Go to any other quote tab
  3. Perform any action
  4. Go back to quotation tab.

Cause

Quote Custom Tabs are not configured correctly.

Resolution

  1. Go to setup -> Custom Quote Tabs. When editing the Quotation tab, it will be seen that there is implementation file missing
    1. Trying to assign Cart.aspx will say that it is already used
  2. Go back to Setup -> Custom Quote Tabs and Check Configuration for all tabs
  3. It will be seen that cart.aspx file is used for one of the tabs
  4. In order to assign the cart.aspx page to the quotation tab, it is needed to remove it from that tab
