3339235 - RCM - Not possible to see or edit picklist values on the Application or in the Job Requisition

• A candidate has applied to a Job Requisition and selected values in a picklist field. When the candidate or recruiter with write permissions to that field look at the field again after applying the field is empty, while users with read permissions can see the value. It is not possible to select the same value again.
• When trying to select a different value in the picklist, the selected value disappears and we see "No selection" instead.
• Picklist values previously selected in a Job Requisition are not visible anymore. When trying to select a different value in the picklist, the selected value disappears and we see "No selection" instead.
• The same happens when creating a new Job Requisition and selecting Picklist values for the first time. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

For the issue in the Application:

1. Apply to a Job Requisition as a candidate, populate some picklist fields with values
2. As a recruiter with write permissions to the field try to look at the field in the Application, it is empty
3. Try to select the same value previously selected by the candidate. The field is emptied after moving outside the field

For the issue in the Job Requisition:

1. Go to an existing Job Requisition
2. Picklist values previously selected are not visible anymore
3. When trying to select a different value in the picklist, the selected value disappears and we see "No selection" instead

or

1. Start creating a new Job Requisition
2. When trying to select a Picklist value, the selected value disappears and we see "No selection" instead

This is caused by a misconfiguration in Provisioning -> Company Settings, the Default Language is set to a language that has not been enabled in Manage Languages.

Or it is caused by the Default Language selected in Provisioning -> Company Settings not being a supported one (i.e. English RTL, English SAP SLS, Tagalog: these language cannot be used!). 

To fix this issue do one of the following:

1. in Admin Center -> Manage Languages, enable the language currently selected as the Default Language in Provisioning
2. Select another Default Language that is already enabled in Manage Languages

NOTE: Please ensure that the Default Language selected in Provisioning -> Company Settings is a supported one.
