3339235 - RCM - Not possible to see or edit picklist values on the Application or in the Job Requisition

• A candidate has applied to a Job Requisition and selected values in a picklist field. When the candidate or recruiter with write permissions to that field look at the field again after applying the field is empty, while users with read permissions can see the value. It is not possible to select the same value again.
• When trying to select a different value in the picklist, the selected value disappears and we see "No selection" instead.
• Picklist values previously selected in a Job Requisition are not visible anymore. When trying to select a different value in the picklist, the selected value disappears and we see "No selection" instead.
• The same happens when creating a new Job Requisition and selecting Picklist values for the first time.
