Reproducing the Issue
- Launch your App Store in your mobile.
- Search for SAP Service Cloud.
- No Apps found.
Cause
There is No separate Service V2 Mobile app available now.
Resolution
Based on feasibility, in the future, it may be extended to Sales App with limited Service functionality.
