3339283 - COSMAS not triggered for a new validity period created

COSMAS not triggered for a new validity period created and cost center data not replicated to Successfactors. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Set up communication Scenario SAP_COM_0028 and follow the steps below.
2. Open the app 'Manage Cost Centers'.
3. Pick any cost center, click on 'Validity Period', new validity period.
4. Create a new validity period starting from the next day (say tomorrow) till endless validity and save.
5. No COSMAS Idoc is triggered.

This is expected behavior. 

COSMAS is triggered only for the current validity period. If you create a new validity period starting from say tomorrow, then there is no COSMAS triggered for the same.

The validity period should be valid(active) at the moment, only then a trigger will be generated. So, creating a new validity period starting today or a previous date shall trigger a COSMAS update.
