3339295 - Warning message when displaying Purchase Order output

You have manually created a Purchase Order output, when displaying the document the following warning message appears:

Print queue name can't be initial.
Message no. APOC_OR_MESSAGES108

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Create a Purchase Order
2. Save
3. Edit the PO
4. Go to messages/output
5. Add a new entry
6. Maintain all the mandatory fields
7. Select the newly created line
8. Display document
9. Warning message: Print queue name can't be initial.

Print queue is not automatically maintained when manually adding a new output.

The warning message, "Print queue name can't be initial. Message no. APOC_OR_MESSAGES108," is triggered because the Print Queue field in the output details is empty. This message is not displayed when automatically generated outputs are viewed because the print queue is maintained in the Output Parameter Determination.

It is important to note that this warning message does not impact the execution of the Display Document function. Therefore, you can safely ignore the message and proceed with viewing the document without any issues.
