3339309 - ADS failing with Failed to connect to a XML Form Module

Symptom

Test the ADS report FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE and it returns the following,

  • com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: XMLFM Exception during render: com.adobe.ProcessingException

From ADS trace, the following error is reported,

  • Caused by: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Failed to connect to a XML Form Module. Please ensure that the XML Form Module service is running.
