3339339 - During MIRO invoice creation message M8318 does not pop-up

Symptom

It is being created an Invoice by transaction MIRO, which is linked to Down Payment postings. During this creation process it is expected that a popup is displayed with the message M8318 "Down-payments for purchase order & & exist". The message is only available in the message log, clicking on the Messages button at the top of the screen.
