3339389 - Email notification for 'Offer Approved by All Approvers' not sent intermittently - Recruiting Management

The email trigger 'Offer Approved by All Approvers' is not triggering when the offer is fully approved.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Approve an offer in Recruiting Management.  
2. Verify if the email notification for 'Offer Approved by All Approvers' is sent.  

• The recipient of the email notification is specified by role on the requisition, but the requisition role hasn't been assigned to a user or was assigned to a user after the offer approval was completed.  
• The notification won't be sent to Cc or Bcc if the primary recipient was not found.  

Ensure the recipient role on the job requisition is assigned to a user before fully approving the offer.
