3339419 - CC users do not appear in correspondence - Recruiting Management

If you have added cc users in an email template, the cc users are not displayed in the candidate correspondence.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Make sure to include cc users in any of email template intended to be sent to the candidate
2. After the email is sent, cc users will receive the email
3. In the Candidate correspondence portlet, cc users will not be displayed

This is the expected behaviour of the product as per the current design.
