3339620 - PDAApproval tag returns an empty value on email

PDAApproval tag returns an empty value on email.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Create an Email List;
2. Create a notification containing <*PDAApproval*>;
3. Set the Approval Process;
4. Set the Notification in the Workflow;
5. When receiving Notification email, verify that the place where the link for PDAApproval should be, is empty.

• For PDA link to be generated it is necessary receiver being a CPQ user, and that user must be Responsible Approver of Quote.
  • In other words system will take email list from notification and match it with responsible approvers list of the quote. It will only generate PDA link if both matches, otherwise it will be empty.  
• Approval process is made for CPQ user where user asks the approval from upper-level users according to rules defined in approval rule. It is made for internal approvals only.

To generate PDAApproval link for a user, this user should be included in the approval process of the quote and in the email list of the notification.
