Symptom

SAP Support has informed you that the issue reported will be solved through a hotfix or a new release and in the SAP support portal(s) and your case has a status of “Resolved – Pending release”.

If your issue is related to SAP Business ByDesign, the status of your ticket in your tenant remains “In Process – Provider Action”.
