Symptom

Trying to set the validFrom and validTo field for an IAS user fails with error 
error=org.apache.camel.http.common.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking https://<hostname>.accounts.ondemand.com/scim/Users/<UserId> with statusCode: 400, Response: {
