When trying to edit job profiles, receive an error message:

An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=XX, timestamp=XX, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder

1. Log in to system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Job Profile
3. Select a job profile
4. Select Next
5. Edit any information > I'm done
6. Receive error message

MDF framework issues

1. Ensure the user has the correct Role-Based Permissions (RBP):
   • Intelligent Service Tools
     • Intelligent Services Center (ISC)
   • Admin Center Permissions
     • Read Execution Manager Events
   • Metadata Framework
     • Configure Business Rules
     • Configure Object Definitions
     • Import Permission on Metadata Framework
     • Admin access to MDF OData API
2. Process the sync:
   1. Admin Center > Scheduled Job Manager
   2. Select the Job Scheduler tab
   3. In the Job Type dropdown, select MDF Object Definition to DB SYNC > Go
   4. In the Actions column, select Actions > Run It Now

Roles are blank for job profiles

1. Admin Center > Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
2. In the Download Data Import File Template dropdown, select Job Profile > Yes
3. Navigate to Scheduled Job Manager
4. Locate the job and select View Details
5. Click on Download Status
6. Filter the role.externalCode column (Column W) for blanks
7. Copy these rows into an import file with the W column populated
