How the performance of script is tracked?
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Reproducing the Issue
- Log into CPQ;
- In Setup, check Script Performance page.
Resolution
Script performance page shows longest and average execution time for its execution. Also, it is possible to visualize Chart containing information about the last 30 days.
If the script is displayed in red, the execution time limit is being exceeded, which means execution exceeding the limit will be cancelled, and not all script execution.
The information considered is for the last 30 days, which means if any execution exceeded the limit in the last 30 days, it will be marked as red.
If you have refactored your script and it still showing as red, you should consider the chart as well as average execution of time.
