3340144 - Open Purchase orders not Picked in the Goods and Services Receipts Run

The Goods and Services Receipts Run is not picking up a few open purchase orders in the run

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Goods and Services Receipts work center
2. Go to the Goods and Services Receipts Run view 
3. Select the Active Goods and Services Receipts Runs
4. Select the relevant Run ID and select Schedule
5. Go to the Receipts and Returns view
6. Select Show by Documents
7. You cannot find the Goods and Services Receipts created based on run

The Automatic Good and Services Receipts is not enabled in the Purchase Order Items tab and further navigated to the Basic data Tab in the under Follow-up Documents

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders workcenter
2. Purchase orders
3. Select the relevant Purchase order Items tab and
4. Further Navigate to the Basic data Tab under Follow-up Documents
5. Now, go to the Adaptation mode and Publish this and execute the GSR run again
