Symptom
The Create Service Order tile is not available on the launchpad homepage, even when the appropriate business role is assigned. The expectation is to find a dedicated application or tile named Create Service Order.
Environment

Reproducing the Issue
- Log on to the launchpad with the SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR business role assigned.
- Navigate to the Service Order Management group on the homepage.
- Observe that there is no individual tile labeled Create Service Order.
Cause
The business catalog SAP_CRM_BC_SERV_PROCORDER_PC (Service – Process Service Order) is available in the system and is intended to be used in conjunction with SAP_S4CRM_BC_SERV_MGR_PC (Service – Manage Service Orders). These catalogs support additional capabilities and authorizations, especially in integrated process scenarios.
Resolution
A separate application or tile labeled Create Service Order does not exist in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
The Manage Service Orders app provides the functionality to create new service orders through the “Create” option within the application itself.
