Symptom
You have received purchase order notification task(Notification - Approved Purchase Order Changed) in your inbox but do not know how to remove it from your open task list.
Environment
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Home work center
- Select Inbox view
- You can see purchase order notification open tasks with subject:Notification - Approved Purchase Order Changed
Cause
This is a standard notification which is raised when a purchase order has been changed after getting approved once.
The relevant users receive the notification in the Inbox subview of the Work view of the Home work center.
Resolution
To complete the notification and remove it from the worklist, you can acknowledge it as follows:

Go to the Home work center Work view Inbox subview.

Select the notification.

Click Actions and acknowledge the notification.
OR
The default priority of this type of notification is medium but can be configured. The system automatically cancels the notification after 30 days.
