3340251 - Address Validation Error - Onboarding

Getting Address Validation Error on Personal Data Collection:

• Error 1
  Validation Response: The system could not validate the address. Please contact your administrator.
  Error: The system could not find a Destination Setting named “Address Validation Service Configuration” with the correct settings in the Security Center.
• Error 2
  Validation Response: The system could not validate the address. Please contact your administrator.
  Error: The referenced OAuth Configuration 'ERRORID' is no longer available

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Error 1: The issue due to external visibility not available for IntegrationProcessConnection of Address Validation Service Configuration.
• Error 2: The issue due to external visibility not available for IntegrationProcessOAuthSettings of Address Validation Service Configuration.
• Error 3: IntegrationProcessX509Keypairs was not regenerated.

If there are any address validation issues in PDC, please ensure that the external user visibility is set to "Y" for the following objects:

• IntegrationProcessConnection
• IntegrationProcessOAuthSettings
• IntegrationProcessX509Keypairs

If any of the above objects is missing the external user visibility, raise a script to set the visibility to "Y." Please reach out SAP with the instance details to access and check.

• Approval to run the script

This is necessary to run script to set visibility to true.

Note:

1. Once the visibility changes are made by the product support team, you must regenerate the X509 Keys (regardless of which object's visibility was modified) to ensure the changes are applied effectively to the Onboarding MDF.

Steps to Regenerate the X509 Keys:

• Navigate to Security Center:
  Security Center -> X509 Certificates -> Address Validation
• Click on Edit → Select Regenerate → Click Save.

This process will ensure that the visibility issue is resolved, and Address Validation will function correctly.
