3340530 - Planned Revenue for Service Contract is missing

You created Service Contract item and had set the billing plan. You also set the status of the item to Released. However, if you revalue the revenue for the Service Contract item, you will find there is no revenue generated because of missing Planned Revenue.

There is missing configuration.

Please check with app Event-Based Revenue Recognition - Service Documents.
Open the relevant Service Contract item from the app and click Revalue - Simulation Explanation.
In the "Additional block 1" part, you should be able to see some message like:

Condition type AAAA: there is no assignment to a source.

You need to correct the configuration accordingly with SSCUI 102530.
After you completed the configuration, please run Revenue Recognition again for that object, then you should be able to get the revenue recognized.
