Symptom
When using the Paste feature in Service Ticket Items, Actual Start Date and Actual End Date data are pasted and saved. But after the ticket is refreshed or re-opened, the dates disappear.
Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Services -> Tickets
2. Select the ticket and open it
3. Go to Items facet
4. Click Paste button
5. Copy value from your Excel Template:
6. Paste value to C4C
7. Save the change. As a result, a new line item is added to the ticket. Item has correct Actual Start Date and Actual End Date information included.
8. Refresh the ticket. As a result, the Actual Start Date and Actual End Date information disappear.
