3340730 - Rep Agent failed to start with "Kernel resource memory pool has been exhausted" message - SAP ASE

• In an ASE with multiple Rep Agent configured, some Rep Agent failed to start with the following messages during ASE boot.
  
  Kernel resource memory pool has been exhausted. Try increasing the value of 'kernel resource memory'.
  Failled to allocate memory for embedded monitor counters.  Consider increasing 'kernel resource memory'
  Error: 9241, Severity: 20, State: 2
  RepAgent(50): Failure initializing the Rep Agent Context.
  Error: 9241, Severity: 20, State: 1
  RepAgent(50): Failure initializing the Rep Agent Context.
  
  
• Increase the "max memory" and "kernel resource memory" parameters does not help.
