Following red alert appears in Self-Diagnosis for managed system:

Red - No read RFCs found for managed system
Message No. DSMOP566

Diagnosis
No RFC read destination exists for managed system

System Response
RFC read destination does not exist for managed system Self Diagnosis Alert 6 cannot be executed for this managed system

Procedure
Regenerate the RFC destinations for this managed system

Symptom 2

Following red alert appears in Self-Diagnosis for managed system:

Details of Alert 00006 - Check connections to monitored systems and SDCCN related jobs
Red - No working read RFCs found for system <SID>
Message No. DSMOP567

Diagnosis
None of the generated read RFCs for managed system <SID> works

System Response
Error message, Self diagnosis of SDCCN cannot be executed for managed system <SID>

Procedure
Start transaction SM59 and repair at least one of the generated read RFC destinations. 
These RFC destinations have the naming convention: SM_XXXCLNTYYY_READ and SM_XXXCLNTYYY_TMW (replace 'XXX' with the system ID and 'YYY' with the client of your managed system).
