3340836 - 'Billing relevance' (VBAP-FKREL) is not updated after changing item category if an incompletion check warning is triggered for VBEP-BMENG.

Symptom

When an incompletion procedure is assigned to schedule line category and the warning flag of field VBEP-BMENG is ticked, a warning message will be triggered after changing item category. Changing back to original item category without any action (just ignore warning message) and saving sales order, 'Billing relevance' (VBAP-FKREL) is not changed back accordingly.
