Changing Classification of item from Blended to Instructor Led resulted in class not in report and still shown as a requirement

Step 4 of the Revise process. You uncheck the option for 'Do you wish to update User learning plan assignments potentially affected by this new item revision?'

1. To change classification of item from Blended to Instructor Led, You will need to revise the item and while revising ensure to uncheck: "This item has online settings. Do you wish to include the online settings in the new revision of this item?" checkbox on revise popup box.
2. In Step 4  'Do you wish to update User learning plan assignments potentially affected by this new item revision?' this option should be ticked.
