3341014 - Fields relevant to printout changes does not work for Dispatch Time = 2 Scheduled

New output messages are not generated after changing a relevant field on a Purchase order.

To generate a changes output( output after print relevant changes), system will check all the previously generated output status. If any of the output remains in “In Preparation” or “To be Output”, it does not proceed with new set of output generation(changes Output).

 To generate a changed output, all previous output should be in “Completed” or “Error” status. Error status is rare scenario, it occurs due to KPRO, form rendering, etc.
