3341174 - Error when selecting Onboarding 1.0 on manage pending hire

Symptom

Error when selecting onboarding 1.0 on Manage pending Hire: "Entity MPH2ONB1Entity is not found. Please contact your system administrator."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Manage Pending Hire
  2. On the module selection, select Onboarding 1.0
  3. Error will appear

Cause

Issue is cause by duplicate field entries on Configure Columns for the Manage Pending Hires.

Resolution

  1. Go to “Configure Columns for Manage Pending Hire”.
  2. Select Onboarding 1.0.
  3. Review the list of fields and check for any duplicate entries.
  4. Remove any duplicated fields.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. After completing these steps, the error should no longer occur.
