"Last Refreshed Date and Time" does not show correct time. It shows 00:00

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Story off Live BW connection
- Insert a Dynamic Text using "Last Refreshed Date and Time"
- It shows time as 00:00
Cause
This is By Design
Resolution
The behavior you are getting is by design. Backend BW service provide accuracy up to the day level. Therefore, for dynamic text at the hour level, it can only be displayed as 00:00.
