3341478 - Export Suppliers and Import Suppliers link is missing from Mass Data Maintenance work center

Note: These screenshots are taken from SAP's internal system and if you find any data reference, would be coincidental.

You are trying to Export or Import Suppliers from Mass Data Maintenance work centre, however you don't see the links for the same in the system.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Login with the affected user in the tenant
2. Go to Mass Data Maintenance work center
3. Click on Mass Data Maintenance view
4. You see there is no Export & Import option/link for Suppliers as shown below:

Please check the access rights for the affeted Users whether they have authorization to maintain supplier bank details, if they don't have, they are no longer allowed to execute any mass data maintenance for suppliers.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue from your end:

1. Login to the affected tenant
2. Go to Application User and Management work center
3. Go to Business User view
4. Find and Select the affected User
5. Click on Edit Access Rights
6. Go to work center and view assignment tab
7. Click on Find
8. Search for "Supplier Bank Details Authorization" & Click on locate
9. Check the check box under Assigned to User column
10. Click on Save
11. Now logout and login again, you should see the Export Suppliers under Mass Data Maintenance work center as shown
