3341521 - I-9 Reverification not populating citizenship status - Onboarding 1.0

User cannot complete I-9 reverification because the citizenship status will not populate. It will not allow user to choose document options. Citizenship status should be "Alien Authorized to Work".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
2. Select Onboarding 1.O.
3. Click on I9 Reverification process.
4. Select user to complete the I-9 reverification.
5. The user cannot complete I-9 reverification because the citizenship status will not populate.

AN ALIEN AUTHORIZED TO WORK field has incorrect value or is blank.

• "A" value should be in "I9CitizenStatus" field
• "AN ALIEN AUTHORIZED TO WORK" value should be in "I9CitizenStatusDesc" field.
• Customer partner can update this in SuperAdmin on candidate I-9 Reverification Process.
