User cannot complete I-9 reverification because the citizenship status will not populate. It will not allow user to choose document options. Citizenship status should be "Alien Authorized to Work".
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
AN ALIEN AUTHORIZED TO WORK filed has incorrect value or is blank.
Resolution
- "A" value should be in "I9CitizenStatus" field
- "AN ALIEN AUTHORIZED TO WORK" value should be in "I9CitizenStatusDesc" field.
- Customer partner can update this in SuperAdmin on candidate I-9 Reverification Process.
