Symptom
- Symptom 1: In Enable Now, for a workarea, selected users/roles are given "View Published Content" permissions only
- SAP Companion does not show published content when connected to the workarea for those users/roles
- Symptom 2: The SAP Companion or Web Assist admins created a custom content and can view the content
- When the knowledge or content is given to the users or end-users they cannot view it (only accessible by admin)
- The HAR file shows user information as being null
