3341576 - 1H 2023 release - Horizon theme does not apply colour for "Row background colour – disabled"

With the new Horizon theme enabled, rows for closed records (such as closed job requisitions or anonymized applications) will not appear with the color defined in Theme Manager.

• Check that Horizon theme is enabled in Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings
• Go to Recruiting > Job Requisition summary page
• Filter by closed job requisitions
• These rows will appear with a white background, even if you have applied a different colour (e.g. red) in Theme Manager for these records.

This is an expected behavior implemented as part of 1H 2023 release.

The system will not differentiate job requisition status by changing the background line color or the text color. If the user wants to have an indicator about specific job requisition status, they can add the column status.
This change is necessary to have the system complaint with A11y standards and improve system accessibility.
