Symptom
Existing agency users are unable to login to the agency portal with the error :
"You entered an invalid email or password for company \{0\}. Please re-enter your login information"
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Resolution
This generic message is currently returned for a number of scenarios such as Invalid Recruiter/Email/password/Locked account/not compliant with policy/Not a valid recruiter.
Note this is marked for enhancement in a future release so the error returned is more specific to the issue at hand.
In the meantime, users encountering this message should try and reset their password to address the incorrect details or account locked scenarios.
They should confirm they are indeed using the correct agency details and URL and that they are using the correct user for this particular agency.
If a particular user still cannot login after resetting the password customers should contact support and provide the exact error they are getting so we may investigate the particular scenario.
For us to investigate please provide screenshot with error (including user and agency details) as well as timestamp of when the error was obtained.
