"Default setting for launch mode when importing content" is greyed out/locked in the Global application settings.

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Learning admin > System administration > Global application settings.
2. Disable "Default setting for launch mode when importing content" > Apply changes.
3. Verify that "Default setting for launch mode when importing content" is greyed out/locked
Cause
This is because "Display Launch in a new Browser Window option for content objects" is disabled in Global application settings.
Resolution
1. Go to Learning administration > System administration > Global application settings
2. Enable "Display Launch in a new Browser Window option for content objects" > Apply changes
After Enabling the above configuration, you would be able to select the launch mode in the drop down for the setting "Default setting for launch mode when importing content"
