3341905 - ChaRM: CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT fails to change status with NEXT_STATUS_CANCX_BASE

Symptom

You are using report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to change user status for one or several ChaRM documents and the following error is displayed in the log :

Document <ChaRM document number> refused for technical reasons: NEXT_STATUS_CANCX_BASE
