std_position_obj is not available in the Job Requisition dropdown list in Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping page. Instead, only the field std_position_objlist is available.

Implementing the std_position_objlist instead of std_position_obj should have no impact. As the field std_position_obj won't be available, you need to configure the std_position_objlist in the mapping.
