3342197 - Translation of the prompt text not working with Webi Reports based on Bex Queries with Variables

• Translation Management Tool has been set up to translate prompt text. 
• When a Spanish BW user refreshes the WebI report, they see the Technical variable names instead of the translated prompt text.  
• When an English BW user refreshes the WebI report, they see English prompt text for the variable names.
