3342263 - Cannot close the customer project

An error "There are still open down payments for WBS" is raised when customer wants to close the project in the APP Plan Customer Project.

S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to the APP Plan Customer Project
2. Close the project

There is no open vendor down payment item for the WBS element but there are still open down payment request items on this WBS element on customer side.

Please either finish the down payment process for these request documents or reverse them accordingly. After all down payment request documents on this WBS element have been cleared accordingly, closing the WBS element should be possible.
