3342394 - ChaRM: New release cycle created in Release Planning is not displayed

Symptom

  • You are using Release Management => Release Planning, for example to create a new Major Release in Focused Build, you get an information message confirming the release is created however the new release is not displayed in Release Planning
  • When creating new Major or Minor release nothing happens and the new created release is not shown up in Release Planning
  • Error message "Go-live date is earlier than or equal to go-live of predecessor" when creating new release in Release Planning
